Upshall Out With ACL Injury
Phoenix Coyotes forward Scottie Upshall is expected to miss the remainder of the season with a torn ACL in his right knee. Upshall was injured last Thursday night in a game against the Calgary Flames. The injury will require surgery.
The 26-year-old is the leading goal-scorer on the surprising Coyotes with a career high 18 goals this season. Upshall has 32 points and a plus-5 rating in 49 games with Phoenix.
Upshall was originally selected sixth overall by the Nashville Predators in the 2002 draft.
